How it works?

The Concept

The concept is simple. You buy a hotel room, and we take care of its rental and daily management. At the end of each month we send you the rental income, estimated at 25% per year. It's that simple.

Income Projections

On conservative lower end occupancy figures and room rates, we predict over a 20% yearly rental yield for each hotel room investor net of all hotel management charges. When increasing occupancy rates to more realistic seasonal levels, we anticipate over a 25% yearly return to investors, net of charges.

The Developer Buy Back Option

The developer buy back option provides Medview Homes with the opportunity to repurchase your hotel unit at any time during the first 12 months at a fixed price of £72,500. By exercising the buy-back option the developer agrees to purchase the hotel room back giving you the investor a fixed and guaranteed profit of 25% for the year.
